There is no such thing as a month that is used for not kicking someone out. You are on a month to month whether verbal or written, you could be on a 6 month to 1 year lease, its all the same as when the landlord wants you out you must leave.

It's his property. He can kick you out anytime he decides he doesn't want you there anymore. Non payment of rent is usually 30 days. There is even a 3 day pay or quit clause. No one ever leaves in three days, but once you get notice to vacate find another place ASAP. If you end up in court, the landlord will win and you'll have court cost to pay.

Depending on the state where you are renting, there are different rules. Almost all states will allow a landlord to evict you for cause at anytime. Some states will not allow a land lord to evict you without cause despite the status of your lease. If you feel you are being wrongly convicted, try to find your local branch of government that handles rent control.

They Can kick you out any time, but they have to take you to court first, but that goes bad on your rental record. also you could go to churches to help with money if you need help paying your rent, but my first option is to pray and give my problem to God, he will help you in your time of troubles.

You can be evicted any month of the year. The old wive's tale that one cannot be evicted during certain months is simply a myth.

Any months when you failed to pay the rent, they can kick you out.
