My charts on the S&P500 show several ten percent corrections during the past year, the first in late Feb. early March and another on Aug. 3 which brought it to the same low point we now have.

That's three chances to get a 10% return if you can time it precisely.

With all the negative news now out, I see it where they will begin bringing in the positive news that will give you again a 10% return to year's end.

Certainly the bad news is alarming, no doubt.

But if I am correct, the big money will shortly begin buying up everything again like they did last Aug. 16...within half an hour, the Dow Jones surged five hundred points.

The most important aspect of the stock market, I believe, are interest rates. With low rates, money seeks better returns.

I'm a self-employeed college drop-out who makes more than twice the income the average college graduate does.
When I was 17, I already spoke Spanish, English, and French, but my dad forced to major in engineering. But I spent my two college years studying Japanese on my own, and taking Greek and Hebrew credits at night on a Bible College. I finally flunked out on my junior year. I started working doing medical translation work thanks to my Greek. I started teaching Spanish as a second language to American, Japanese, and French people. I taught myself a bit of Latin, and started offering my services for legal translation to lawyers. I teach mostly Spanish now, but I'm so full of translation work.

I'm 26, before I turn 30: I want to learn Mandarin Chinese and be prepared for the demand in a few years, I want to learn Aztec to feel closer to my Mexican heritage, and to better up my Hebrew, and teach it for free on Sundays.

Should I learn Chinese and Aztec, or finish college?

When I was about 19 I had got a Target's card to help my mom out she lost her job and never paid the bill. I am now 24 and there was a writ of execution put on my bank account. However, I was suposed to be served by a sheriff but I was not and knew nothing about about the court date until they took all my money. Is there anything I can do and don't I deserve due process or something????

I'm 15 and interested in commercial or print modeling. I don't have any experience in the field. Also, I'm not looking to make a career out of it or anything; I just want to try it out for fun, and maybe make a little extra cash. I live in San Fransisco, CA.

Should I attempt to sign with a big agency like Ford or Elite? Should I stay small? Should I just go freelance?

I have my parents permission, and have no idea where to start. Advice?

I've purchased a guarentee issue life insurance policy for a family member with a chronic illness. The policy is only payable after 2 years. The premium is $61 a month or $645 a year. I'm wondering if I pay 2 years premium now, will the policy be payable. I was too afraid to ask the agent.
