Not flying sparks
In fact, nothing with the word 'sparks' in, it doesn't inspire confidence! Although Bright Sparks is not too bad but a little cheesy.
Into the Light?
Bright Ideas?
Totally Wired?!
I think most people would think of an electrician either doing the wiring or installing new lighting, so I'd go down those routes to make people relate to the services you offer.
Depends what kind of area you live in, what you could get away with in Shoreditch you probably couldn't in, say, Eastbourne.

You are probably talking about a real world name and not a web dpmain, but you can still use Yahoo's domain creation application. You go into it like you're about to purchase a domain and enter your first idea. I suggest a combination of words indicating "safe" and "quick"
Not only does it tell you if your first choice is taken, but it also works up several variations using the words you gave it and homonyms as well.
