Overtime is usually time and a half or in this case 24 per hour.
Most labour boards legislate this.

It really depends on where you live and what the job is. In New York City, it would stink. But in some rural southern area it might be considered very good. Likewise, it might be considered good for a entry level position or bad for a position requiring advanced degrees and experience.
The $1 more for overtime would be crappy in any circumstance. Normally, overtime is 1-1/2 times your base pay.

Depends on the location. Some places it would be enough to support yourself. We pay almost that much for a receptionist or payroll clerk or purchasing clerk. Everyone else gets 20-40 an hour.
