Hi,

I am interested in becoming a Pharmacist. If there are any Pharmacists out there whom can walk me through a normal day and what you need to know, that would be great!

Also, information on Pharmacy schooling, length/degree options, costs, transferring, etc. would also be a lot of help.

Thank you

I bought a house in Arizona in 11/2005 with my now ex-wife and myself on it. when I got divorced I re-did the loan with only my mothers info in Feb of 2006 in fear that the ex might try to take my house away or seek for $. As far as teh ex-wife goes that's not the concern. The concern is that I want to see if tehre is a way where i can report the intrest for my 2007 taxes under my name even though the entire thing is under my mother's info. I cant put it under my name yet cuz my credit isnt that good. Ive heard of "quit claim" and that i can report it under my name as long as only one of us (my mom and I) reporst it. Please help It's like over 20K in interest

My husband and I want to buy are first home together. I had a recent bankruptcy Chapter 7. He is going to get an FHA loan, however I can't be on the loan due to Banruptcy. We won't qualify for as much cause they can't use my income. Can I apply for a differnt loan on the same house. I realize the interest on my loan would be higher?

My boyfriend and I drive the church van - about every 3rd Sunday. Normally - we only have to pick up 1 gentleman. It is usually easier ( as far as time wise ) for us to pick him up in my Tahoe. My question is - can I claim that on my taxes as charitable mileage - as a deduction? The guy lives about 8 miles from the church. Thanks in advance!

Let's say I pay off my deceased mother's home, thus taking over ownership and getting deed in my name. Could a creditor come after me for her debt since it was her home? This home is in Georgia.

Also, there is equity in the home based on fair market value but it would only sell to cover the loan. There are no liquid assets left to pay the mortgage.

Yes, I will be talking to a lawyer about this so no need to tell me that. Thank You.

When hired for my current position I was hired at 37800 starting salary. Since then I have been employed for 1 year and 10 months...22 months. Since then the starting salary has risen but a whole year has passed since my salary was raised as well to reflect the starting salary change. Also the raises I received in the past didnt reflect any increased salary so... An average person starting the same position as myself with NO experience is making almost the same amount of money as myself. It seems unfair and that an increase in the starting salary should raise my base more then someone with 1 year experience with myself having 2. Am I making any sense? So I have any rights? Im not sure how about to go about this and I dont want to bring it up to superiors and look like a prick. ANy advice is helpful. Thanks

After an accident left my friend's son paralyzed, our community, friends and family have been raising funds to assist the family with numerous expenses they have incurred with medical as well as equipment needs. Is it possible to open an account that qualifies as a 501(c) so that if larger companies wish to donate they have a tax benefit?

We did a trade in program for our house to buy a new home. We are getting close to the end of the build but the lender's available programs are less than when we started and the mortgages available are costing more payment wise. We told the builder we must cancel because we can't afford what they want us to pay. The builder said they would not cancel and sue us if necessary.

I have a friend who can't open a checking account because the banks are telling him he has an outstanding charge from a past bank. He said that he closed the bank account (which i doubt), but they, for some reason, didn't close it "completely" and some recurring fee was charged every month. Here's the kicker. The banks will tell him he has the outstanding fee, but they won't tell him what bank he owes the money too.

I have told him that if he ran a credit report, he could find out where the charges were coming from because it would show up (since, apparently, calling the banks you USED to bank with is too much of a hassle... let alone remembering the names of the banks.) Are there any other means for him to find out what bank is charging him? I know this sounds goofy, but I don't want to give this guy any excuse that he can use to continue to justify what I believe to just be laziness. Thanks!

I'm purchasing a house in Fort Worth, Texas. What do I need to do at closing to make sure I'm getting the mineral rights? It's not specified in the contract that the seller plans to retain the mineral rights.
