My auntie is "helping" me take possession of a mobile home I inherited from my uncle (her brother).

She said it had to be put in her name as well as my name to avoid an inheritance tax and/or a gift tax. Why?

She said that in time (she didn't say how much, it's going on a year and a half) she would take her name off, but she's dragging her feet.

She's also keeping me "in the dark" about the process and procedures.

How do I get her off the paper work?
What agency deals with mobile home registration and taxing?
Can I get copies of everything from the city/county? How?

What else do I need to know about mobile home ownership?

Ive just been charged for ridiculous apartment fees, help! So I just found out my lease ended a couple months ago. The landlord says hes kicking me out unless i pay 3 months of after lease fees. I check my apt lease contract that i agreed to, and it doesnt say anything about these fees. Am i being screwed here? I want to fight it, but Im afraid theyll just bully me w legal jargon. Again, it doesnt say anything about those fees in the agreement, and Im a good standing tenant who was looking to extend the lease anyway. Am i in fault here? and is there anyway i can fight this and win if i do it take to court?

How difficult or easy is it to get nationally certified pharmacy tech license? Can you skip the states and go straight for the National or do you have to get the state one first, train for awhile and then do National? I live in Alabama. I don't know if it would be different in other states. I work at a retail drug pharmacy as a front end sales associate. I have been asked by people in the pharmacy to work with them as a pharmacy tech. If I can get nationally certified I might see what places pay the best , good hours, and over all atmosphere.

The sales staff makes errors in data entry 5% of the time (entering payment type and amounts incorrectly). Should the admin department not say anything and edit these errors the next day (is that part of their job?) or should sales staff be held fully responsible for the errors?

I have inherited a bottle collection of about 500 old bottles. They are all different kinds fruit jars, ink wells, bitters, milk bottles, beer bottles, whiskey, and poison bottles. I want to sell them all at once because I don't want to mess with selling one at a time on EBay, just would like to liquidate the whole collection at once for the best price possible. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

I let my friend which I had trusted for many years borrow my card. They moved here from another state and I helped them get here and then after a week decided they wanted to leave and I helped them get back. Well they made alot more charges on my account then I ever approved and won't send my card back. I can probally be linked to 2 charges from uhaul but none of the others. What do I do I don't want them to go to jail but don't want my credit ruined either. If I report it knowing who is using it am I going to get stuck with the charges?

I recently rented the lower level of a home. The place turned out to have more problems and issues than I cared to deal with. I never agreed to a specific amount of time that I would stay or what kind of notice that I would give upon moving out. I ended up moving after 3 months and now the owner of the home is threatening to take me to court for 60 days to 9 months worth of rent. I cleaned the house and left the keys and now they are freaking out on me and saying there is damage. I had to clean the place top to bottom when I moved in, it was disgusting. Now I am hoping that they don't have a case, do they?

I attended a job fair where the unit director (a large hospital) asked me to apply and allow her to look over my application. It wasn't actually an interview, we just got to talking at the job fair and she said she would be interested in having me. I have applied but have not heard back from her. It has been 4 days. Is it okay to call her? How long should I wait, and what should I say? I've never had to follow up with any job in the past, and this is new to me. Thank you all in advance.

Does the Realtor make a commission from my girl selling the home? They did not contract the Realtor, the Realtor approached them with a potential buyer.

He complained to upper management that the employees of the month at the supermarkets get more recognition than the employees at his company.

So now the management is trying to get a new system going in which the employee receives a personalized plaque.

My co-worker's only ambition in life now is to win this, and right in front of everyone, throw it in the trash!!!!

Have you ever seen someone throw away their employee of the month recognition award AT WORK?
