how much is homeowners insurance in jacksonville beach, fl....ballpark figure.... i dont know how it works or what info u need, im asking for someone else.. for about .25 acre lot... 3/2 house on it.. close to the beach .. maybe 1-3 mi., or if you can tell me how much it is for something else.... for instance if you dont know how much it is for a 3/2 as i stated but you know how much it is for a 1/1 on .12 acre or whatever ... any info is appreciated Thank You

In coastal NC, with a 1% deductible it will probably run you ~$1500 per year.

Some coastal areas do wind/hail separate from the rest of the house and different deductibles for each.

Remember that flood insurance is completely separate and will run you another $400 a year.
