Hi,

I am interested in becoming a Pharmacist. If there are any Pharmacists out there whom can walk me through a normal day and what you need to know, that would be great!

Also, information on Pharmacy schooling, length/degree options, costs, transferring, etc. would also be a lot of help.

Thank you

I'm basically asking to walk me through a normal day at work, whether it's retail, hospital, or both.

Thank you!

It takes 6-8 years to become a pharmacist: 2-4 years of prepharmacy and 4 years of pharmacy.
The only degree is the PharmD, doctorate of pharmacy.
It is expensive. Tuition at my public instate school is $16000 per year.
People transfer between pharmacy and undergrad colleges.
You'll have to take the PCAT exam.

Why don't you call the local university and get information on pre-pharmacy programs????

That would be more accurate.
