Or, is it best to keep doing what you are doing until you simply can't do it anymore?

I have a number of things that I would love to do, but my overdeveloped sense of responsibility says that it would be foolish and financially disastrous.

Any thoughts on what I should do, who I should talk to, agencies, "life coach", ways to evaluate whether one path would be better than another? Have you done anything like this and succeed? Advice?

Can I claim them in the next return?
Thanks.

I live in Arkansas, and my landlord is trying to charge us for stuff that is normal wear and tear. A thermometer is broken that worked just fine until we left, and he is trying to charge us for that. Part of the screen door is broken, and that is our fault because our 1 year old leaned against it too much. I expected to pay for that. I can't find online any websites that explain what they can and can't charge us for. Any advice/sites that you know?

It only happens to our house. They found one with money so now they take and keep ALL the mail! When we go to the post office there, they don't do anything to help. So if there's something I can do to the mailman or some way of stopping this, please let me know.

I am recently married and my husband is a disabled american veteran. He does not collect SSI. My question is should I change the number of deductions on my W4 from a zero to a 1 since I am the household main income support. Would I end up owing taxes at the end of the year. We also own a home as well.

This is just an argument me and my friend had, not related to my own life.

If you have a live in girlfriend or boyfriend and she is cheating on her taxes and gets caught (she owns her own business and didn't file taxes for it) can the IRS take your home that's under your name. If you need more details to figure it out let me know.

We live in Arizona and are looking for an apartment to rent however there are both refundable and non-refundable deposits along w/ "pet rent"! I've heard that a letter from a medical Dr. or a Vet stating that the dog is good for your well being could waive such fees. Anyone know of such a thing????

I understand that when you are traveling to the US, you have to declare if you are carrying more than $10,000. I also understand that this $10,000 is not really a limit and one can carry any amount one wants provided it is declared at the customs if currency is in excess of $10,000. What I want to know is -

- Does this mean that my wife and I can each carry $10,000 or $10,000 is the limit per family (obviously without needing to go through the hassle and delay at customs).

- I am a US Citizen and my wife is a GC holder - does that make a differnce with respect to the allowed limit?

Thanks,

FALCON CHAMBERS
BARRISTERS & SOLICITORS
12 CAMPSHELL ROAD, LONDON UK.
Attorney: Jonathan Small.
Speciality: Wills and Probate,
Property & Residential Conveyancing.

Attention: Sir.

I am Jonathan Small, a legal practitioner and personal attorney to an
international contractor in the oil industry before his untimely demise
on the 27th of September 2003 United Kingdom.

Before his death, I assisted him in the deposit of some contract funds
valued at 2.2 Million Pounds Sterling with a bank. The funds have
remained unclaimed since his death and such unclaimed funds are appropriated
and returned to the treasury after 4 years as a matter of banking
policy. Considering the lack of success in my bid to locate any of his
relatives for over 3 years now, I hereby solicit your consent to enable me
present you to the bank as the beneficiary Next of Kin to my deceased
client.

I am contacting you for two reasons. Firstly, I strongly believe that
the Bank does not deserve to confiscate the funds and these reasons led
to my resolve to contact you to claim the funds.

Know that this deal is 100% risk free because I have in my possession
the personal file of the deceased which contains some of the information
we shall need to prove your legal relationship with my late client,
which means that the fund will definitely be paid into the account of
whoever I present to the bank as his next of kin. Moreover this is a legal
and risk free transaction that does not in anyway hamper or contravene
the monetary laws of your country because it is an inheritance fund.

All I require from you is your assurance that my share of the funds
shall be held in trust for me when it is released into your account by the
bank. Be rest assured that the fund shall be released to you by the
bank upon presenting all the necessary legal documents that will be used
to
substantiate whatever claim we make on your behalf at the bank.

On my receipt of your consenting reply, i shall give you a detailed
briefing on this proceedings. For more informations about me, check on this
website: http://www.falcon-chambers.co.uk/members/member.cfm?id=170

I await your immediate response,i appeal to your sense of fairness,
Reply Urgently.

Regards,
Jonathan Small Esq.
