I understand that when you are traveling to the US, you have to declare if you are carrying more than $10,000. I also understand that this $10,000 is not really a limit and one can carry any amount one wants provided it is declared at the customs if currency is in excess of $10,000. What I want to know is -

- Does this mean that my wife and I can each carry $10,000 or $10,000 is the limit per family (obviously without needing to go through the hassle and delay at customs).

- I am a US Citizen and my wife is a GC holder - does that make a differnce with respect to the allowed limit?

Thanks,

Any time you cross an international border you generally need to declare any currency or cash-like instruments (checks, securities, letters of credit, bullion, etc.) you are carrying with you. Each country has its own limits -- China is US $5,000 or its equivalent in any other currency and the US is generally US $10,000. Those amounts are generally per traveller and that's the case in the US. Normally your citizenship status is not a factor; it isn't in the US.

uncertain the place or what, if says on coupon/fee ticket cut back for something, that's that. If coupon/fee ticket/decrease fee says supply sturdy for one merchandise, is a complicated legalese. If one coupon is for a loose drink, and one is for a loose oven mitt, i think of that's ok, yet i may well be out of enterprise in each and every week if I allowed people to return in and consume for loose. the belief or using factor in the back of a chit is to get the shopper in the door, is likewise usual as a loss chief. i might might desire to verify the regulations and regs, i assume is okay, yet while they have it written on them, cut back one coupon, consistent with human being, consistent with front, consistent with seat. yeah, i might evade that place and bypass purchase some seeds and plant a backyard of yummy stuff.
