If you have recently move and you applied for said card at previous address, you will have to use that address until you contact that card co. and change address.

They probably check it against postal records, and if there's no matching valid address in the postal records, they reject it.

You can not use a Post Office (PO) Box.

you have to spell out your city, example: Phila should be speld out completely: Philadelphia
