In other words, we just took our home off the market after about 6 months. We had one sale fall through after the buyer backed out. We want to take it off the market and relist it in the spring after we've made some upgrades. When its relisted will buyers see it as a new listing or a "back on the market listing". Also is information about the previous sale made available to buyers? If we decide to relist it with a different broker do we have to tell them about the previous pending sale? Thanks for your serious input!

To write off stuff on your taxes? Like business expenses etc.? I sell stuff, and im planning on filing taxes this year. Id like to open an LLC but im a minor. Hows this going to work? If i dont file taxes will they tax my parents for my income? If i file taxes can i still writeoff business expenses? What about inventory costs? Someone told me i cant pay taxes only my parents. But my business just cant afford to be paying taxes for my parents tax bracket without making my parents money!

i recently landed a job with Ralph's (grocery store). I'm 17 and this is my first job.when i applied, i put down my hours, i would work from 6:00-10:00 PM .because i have school from 8:00-5:30.
the only problem is i realized half an hour does not give me enough time to get out from school, get to my job and change into my uniform. without risking being late. i'm meeting my manager tomorrow to go over some more paperwork and schedule my orientation. would it be really rude and irresponsible to ask if i can start at 6:30 instead of 6? if not what's the best way to tell him this? can anyone help this whole getting there and not having enough time is really stressing me out. thanks! [:

A database, really. Some sites I can go to and trust and know that this information is real, people can't edit it and stuff. Not a search engine.

Where i work we have no lockers, and we have hooks and a table, and everyone just leaves there stuff in the back, we bring stuff, and trust everyone there, and trust that my stuff is in a safe place, cuz we have no lockers, but someone used a back door entrance, came in and searched through bags, without us knowing, my ipod, and my wallet were taken (nothing valuable in wallet) my friend's wallet was also taken, will we get a sort of reimbursement for the theft, since it did happen at work, and could have been easily prevented if we had lockers like every other store, someone please tell me if you have an idea?

I was with a friend the other day and he has a really bad cold. He walked up to me and coughed right in my face, then laughed about it. I have refused to talk to him ever since. Now I have his cold and I am really sick.

I work as a bus monitor with autistic children. Should I call out of work. I can't get them sick, but they always have a terrible time finding someone to fill in when I call out.

Financial Planners: I have the following...

28 years old.
Car note: 13,000 @ 6.15%
Student Loans 33,000@ 3.5%
Mortgage 87,000 @ 5.25%
10,000 in 401K at Money Market Interest Rate
No savings account.

I have about $500.00 per month unacounted for (even after my monthly allowance for discretionary spending and monthly allotments for emergency car or home repairs). What would you advise me to do, pay towards one of the above mentioned debts or start a savings account? Which one and why. Thanks.

I was told you have to quit your job to cash out. I only want to this because my company has experienced nothing but trouble with ADP. Is there a way to cash out just tranfer it to my bank account. I'm aware of the tax issues but as many times as my paycheck has been off lately -its like my 401k its stealing all my money. My payroll admin does it manually for my paycheck now but sometimes the ADP system manually over rides that so at this point I'm getting frusterated . I want the moneny but I don't want to quit my job or get a "hardship" loan from my 401k to do it.

My hubby is about to be released from his seasonal job, so he would have the time to work on home, however, we would not have his income available to pay for the necessary repairs out of pocket while he is unemployed (it will be approx 3-4 months)
