for a backgrounder i'm into radio during my younger days. i love music and meeting interesting people. im not a seller, i tried life insurance, real estate and networking but it didn't work. at this point im aiming for a customer relations kind of work but i know for one that they prefer younger people for that kind of job. i like to work again because i still want to grow and help with the financial needs of my family. thanks in advance.

I'm 42 and recently changed career directions. I think experience is something that we can offer that younger people can't. Even if we don't have "on the job" experience, we do have life experience and that counts for something.

I hope so. Cause I'm still trying. You can start a home based business, buy a franchise, or just work for a company that will hire you.
