I doubt that jobs hire anyone. Companies hire people to work, but "hard work" has slowly diminished over the years. Most companies have such a high demand for people that "work" is not considered as much as reliability.

i think they hire them because in the beginning they probably look and sound like a good employee eager to work but then they show their true colors once they are there for a while well thats what i think

i would think because during an interview you cant tell who does and who does not like to work..its all about presentation they hire who presents themselves in the best light..and i guess it could just be that they have really good communication skills and the ability to sell themselves

Because they work for lower wages. People that work hard put a higher value on their work and expect to be paid more.

Because people who do like to work don't apply for jobs, they become self-employed and keep all the fruits of their labor.
This only leaves people who don't like to work to apply for jobs.
