I am trying to order some art supplies off a site and i would like them not to come to my house so i was wondering if there was an service that i am not fully aware of that would send it to the post office and call me. If there is one i would like it to be free and please answer nicely because this is my first time ordering things online.

many sites will not ship to any address but the one where your credit card bill is mailed to (until you're a known customer). it is a security precaution.

You will not be able to send it to the post office, unless you have a PO Box.
Stop trying to hide the items from your parents or spouse!
