Unemployment benefits are administered in accordance with state law. Thus the rules vary by state. The best course of action would be to apply for the benefits. Tell them about all sources off income. That way you wouldn't risk an unpleasant surprise later and have to repay benefits.

In general, you could not receive unemployment and retirement benefits from the same job. The act of retiring would disqualify since it is a voluntary departure. Retirement benefits from previous jobs, may be deducted from your unemployment benefits. Only 50% of social security retirement benefits would be deducted.

If you are receiving retirement benefits from a DIFFERENT job, I don't think it would effect Unemployment related to your more recent job. I am ABSOLUTELY certain you can't collect both from the SAME job.
