I have 12 years of retail experience and then took 4 years off. I was wanting to get into a new area and went to work at a local grocery store (which is union) and like it but I am concerned about the livability of the job. I am relocating in a year and wonder if I should go back to retail and retail management instead of grocery. What would you recommend?

I have a laptop that is about to bite the dust. I use the laptop for %50 work %50 myself. I travel a lot with work so I am using it for e-mail and production. I work for a radio station so I edit shows and sound clips on the laptop.

Am I able to write any of this off on my taxes?

If so is there a limit on what i can/cant deduct?

So I was watching the movie "Pretty Woman" and I'm wondering how Julia managed to use his credit card and go shopping. I mean , don't you have to be an authorized user on the persons account for them to even accept someone else's credit card. What if he were to deny the transactions; wouldn't she have gotten in big trouble?

I was lied to and insulted by a capital one fraud supervisor, and lied to by a Capital One executive(i believe they're related). I have evidence but need to get in contact with somebody even higher than these two idiots. Is there any contact info for the Legal Department(phone, fax, add, email etc)? And/or contact info for a reasonable executive?

Thanks

I owe $103.33 for loosing a textbook i left on the school bus, I called the bus company 6 times, wrote several emails to Deans, the Principal and the Super Intendent if they had any information about the whereabouts of my book, I checked the lost and found every day for 3 and a half weeks, and ate no lunch to save enough to pay off my debt for 5 or 6 days, after saving 25 dollars my mom stole half of it, the rest i spent while I went with my friend somewhere, now I have a 0 dollar balance and I dont know how to pay this 103 dollars without not eating lunch, i told my parents i owed 20 dollars and even then they tell me to look for the book, if i told them the true story they would probably slap me then never pay it until the bill came to pay it. Then they would shout and hit me again and keep telling me to look for it. What can i do to pay this debt without getting beaten or starving myself? Can someone please help me. Please.

What is the lowest credit score a credit card company would accept, and give you a credit card? I'm looking to rebuild my credit. I paid off my current debt, and only have my car loan open. I'm looking to start over, and rebuild myself back up, but not sure if i apply to some CC places that, that might bring my score down even more. My current score is 523. Or what i got from one of those free report things. And if i go that route what are some kind of cards i should look into, and what i should watch out for. And please don't say secured because i don't have any money to put down on one of those. Not even sure how they work.

I was a no call, no show today, because I got into a car accident on my way home from my girlfriends. I jarred my neck really bad, went back to her place rested and totally forgot to call work before my shift started.
Now its like seven hours later and I need to call them. Problem is, I feel bad that I forgot. My neck still hurts and I don't really want to work tommorow. What should I do?

The people I bought my condo from 2 years ago seemed to owe everyone and their brother money(which would explain them selling to me to move back to Venezuela). I get mail for them AND for whoever must have been before them as well, from every collection company in town plus phone calls looking for them as well. It's been over 2 years since any of them lived here and god knows where they went. Is there some way(short of wasting my time calling every one of these places) to update an address or name, or something? Sort of along the "do not call list registry" idea.

Recently Canadian tire had developed a plan which included opening new stores.

They said that this plan could produce "sustainable double-digit" earnings growth from a sales increase of 6 percent to 8 percent.

Does anyone know what sustainable double-digit earnings growth is?

Someone stole my wifes debit card #'s and was in canada charging stuff up. the bank fraud department called because they were suspicious and shut the card off. the bank is giving the money back $638.00 but i was wondering does the bank loose that money or the stores were the stuff was bought have to pay the money back i think the stores should loose the money because the stores obviously didnt ask for id because it wasnt the correct person using the #'s the stores were abercrombie & fitch, towns shoes, and Mcdonalds i think they should have asked for id because the person didnt have the card just the #'s and that should have been a big red flag

If i will use Ukash to make some online payments, let say less than the value of the voucher, how can i know how much i have left in the voucher, and how can i use the rest of the credit if there is very small amount of credit left (e.i. 0.4 £), there is nothing can to buy with 0.4 £, is that mean i should lose the voucher each time this happens.

I have my resume blasted on every site and I am getting nothing. My little brother was killed 2 1/2 months ago and I was let go right after I got back from the funeral (even though I was told by my boss that everything would be fine when I got back). Granted I was there only a month and was never written up or had any evaluations done, when I asked why I was being let go all I got was the "This is a right to work state." I am not sure if I am getting a bad reference from my old job but I can't even get temp agencies to call me for an interview. Any advise would be more then welcomed.
