I was lied to and insulted by a capital one fraud supervisor, and lied to by a Capital One executive(i believe they're related). I have evidence but need to get in contact with somebody even higher than these two idiots. Is there any contact info for the Legal Department(phone, fax, add, email etc)? And/or contact info for a reasonable executive?

Thanks

GNA that is some great info. I like the third party line that may be some type of protection. Thank you a lot.

Anybody else have suggestions?

Sorry to hear that but I found a couple things on their site that might help. It's a place to start and I'm sure if you look up the address + legal in Richmond, you'll find out who their corporate counsel ie attorneys are.

Shareholders and other interested parties may make their concerns known to Capital One's independent directors by submitting relevant information to the address set forth below:

Chairperson of Governance and Nominating Committee
c/o Corporate Secretary's Office
Capital One Financial Corporation
1680 Capital One Drive
McLean, Virginia 22102

Concerns or complaints about Capital One's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters may be submitted anonymously and confidentially via the Capital One EthicsLine at (866) 785-9735.

Laws vary state to state of course. However basically you just start using the new name. You can go through the social security office and get a new SSI card with the new name as long as you can show postage addressed to you under this name. Once you have used it consistently for seven years on all your legal documents it becomes your legal name. Now Im certain there are exceptions to this in states.

Their legal department won't be of any use to you. Write a letter to an executive.
