I only have cashier and house cleaning experience, but I really am great on computers. I am a fast typer and have other general computer skills so what can I do? I don't really want to be a receptionist, but stick to doing more computer work only if it is possible.

What can I do? I am 21 years old

Nowadays, temp agencies test you on typing speeds and computer skills before they suggest you to anyone. They want to know exactly what your skills are so that they can place you with the best company. Then, once they've tested you, they vouch for your skills, which is like having extra job experience. However, just on the three things you mentioned above, there are a lot of jobs that a temp agency would find beneficial. Cashier means customer service and mathematical skills. House cleaning means organized. Great with computers...well that's the best skill of all nowadays. You have a lot of potential for a good job...especially at 21 years old.

Hope this helps.

Yes a temp agency would hire you. You will have to take a typing test, ms word test, excel (if you know it) and a data entry test. I worked as a temp for a while and I found that it's a great way to learn how to work in an office. I ustu work in a grocery store for years. Than I went to a temp place and they placed me in a few office jobs before I found one that I fit into. I started low, but I proved myself to be a great employee and than I got hired on permanently and I moved up the ladder to a much better career. And being a receptionist isn't a bad job. Its a good way to learn office skills. And you can always put it on a resume.

Good Luck!

Yes they will hire you. They test your skills and some will even train you on more commonly used MS Excel and MS Word functions. Most people starting out in office work begin as a temp. It got me into a major bank. I have a high paying job now with a great future.

There must be 'n' form of clarification why the region grow to be terminated. perhaps an inner worker have been given the activity and the enterprise reported your enterprise that they did no longer desire ur centers; they now and returned cite studying as an excuse purely so as that the enterprise won't malicious program them anymore; agencies do no longer desire to argue on behalf of the guy who grow to be enable flow (no count what the reason) because of the fact they desire persevering with business enterprise with the shopper. purely ignore approximately it and flow on.
