It seems that there are a lot less people peddling their MLM businesses on yahoo answers these days. I am just curious if everyone else sees this as well and why you think this is?

My feeling is that when yahoo answers came out all these MLMers saw this as a great opportunity to try to get new recruits, but as they realized like in every other way that MLM just is not set up to work, their enthusiasm for being here has fizzled.

I am sure Robert Kiyosaki will write another book mentioning MLM that will get their enthusiasm back and make him another million bucks selling books.

We scheduled to look at a bank owned property tomorrow at 5pm. The realtor working with the bank told my realtor they were looking to "get rid of it" and wanted a quick sale. The bank put it up for auction, but had no bids. They have owned the property since June 2007. Mysteriously there is another couple looking at that same house tomorrow and asked if we could view the house at 5:30 instead. Is this the banks way of making it seem that someone else wants it so we'll offer more money, or are they being honest?

Please HELP!!

I can't stand dead end jobs. I have held about 6 in the past 1 year because I can't hesitate to kiss goodbye anything that doesn't meet my needs. Am I crazy or what? Why should I have patience holding a low wage job or taking shitt from a disrespecting employer?

A few years have gone by and I am just realizing that I've wasted my life in a crummy job. I don't know how to forgive myself. I feel like I've just woken up from a dream and I'm saying "I don't have to take this anymore!" But why the years of sleepwalking--is it low self esteem? Am I just realizing my potential now?

I do yard work for my neighbor. She wrote me a check today, but I was turned away from the bank when trying to cash it.

They told me to "Go back, this check can't be cashed right now."

I assumed that there were insufficient funds in the account, and that I would have to talk to my neighbor and cash it at a later date. However, after futher inspection, I noticed that the date on the check was October 7, 2007. I tried to cash it today, on the 3rd.

Although there was a different date on the check, will my neighbor still get charged by her bank for me trying to cash it today? Is it the banks error for not noticing the date? If the bank tries to charge her, and she points out the date on the check, is it possible that the charge will be dropped?

I'm in San Fran. Unless you're 55 or a vet, or disabled, you're house tax rises. 10 years ago it was $2,300 a year, now it's $3,400/year. I'll be paying $5,500 by the time I'm a senior. Aarghh!! My senior father was also on the title. After he was deceased, I removed him from the title (bad idea?) Well, I guess that's moot now. BUT - It's a bit of an economic struggle. Is there something I could do? Thanks for any advice

Do Immigrants in the U.S. pay higher taxes than citizens of the U.S. do?

By immigrants, I mean people who are legally in the U.S. on visas, and people who have green cards. Basically, anyone who is not illegal, and who is not a citizen.

thanks

I want to know if it is possible to not be verified with PayPal, and not have any added bank account or credit card, but still use my PayPal account to but items. I am trying to buy a video game for my Nintendo 64, but I cannot, for each time I try, PayPal tells me I have to have an added bank account? Is this true, and is there any solution?
