I want to know if it is possible to not be verified with PayPal, and not have any added bank account or credit card, but still use my PayPal account to but items. I am trying to buy a video game for my Nintendo 64, but I cannot, for each time I try, PayPal tells me I have to have an added bank account? Is this true, and is there any solution?

You don't have to be verified, but you do have to enter either a bank account or credit card - otherwise they wouldn't have anyplace to take the payment from. Paypal is just a place to pay through so you don't have to give out your financial info to every vendor - basically you pay them and they pay the vendor.

If the shopper accepts money such as money orders then you somewhat would desire to purchase off e-bay. Paypal confirms it is your card by way of depositing 2 rather low quantities into your financial corporation account. you basically would desire to circulate to the financial corporation and ask for a checklist of transactions into your financial corporation and enter the numbers Paypal has deposited. rather rather user-friendly to do.

yes you have to add account so that no fraud will be committed. However you can also list a credit card and check on that instead of using bank info
