How do i find out the correct wage for a 21yr old QLD receptionist? (AUSTRALIA)?

i have recently turned 21 and my pay DIDNT go up. shouldnt it have gone up??

and how much is the average?? i get $404 a week after tax. i cant even afford to move out of home yet :( should my pay be higher?

There are several places one can find the information.
1) Ring/contact the relevant Trade Union or the Qld Trades & Labour Council and ask.
2) Ring or web site of the Qld State Ministry of Labour & workplace relations.
3) The Australian Department of Workplace Relations (as advertised lately on TV).

I am sure your wage should have gone up, and your wage, in my opinion (guessing only) should be around $560 plus after tax
