What if i don't have a 41c stamp, can i use a first class stamp to send a birthday card?

A first class stamp in the US IS 41 cents. If you have an old one that has a lower amount on it, then you need to add enough additional postage to make 41 cents. If you have one of the forever stamps then it's worth whatever the first class rate is, so yes you can use it.

As long as the stamp is valued at more than 41c sure, but it would be wasting your money
