I'm in uk and i'm not quite sure but i would try using UK EBAY. I just checked and there are houses for sale from all over the world on it. In your advert i advise you to state that you reseve the right to withdraw from auction at any point, This equates to free advertising and enables you to sell anywhere you recieve an acceptible offer from. you can advertise your property for free on http://www.ftsie.com , they are a relatively new company but are hitting the uk by storm and will attract many potential buyers
