i got a check in the mail from somewhere in ontario,ca. it was for a large amount, but it was drawn from a credit union in the u.s. , namely the west coast area. i called the credit union, and they comfirmed that it is a fraudulent check. what should i do now? do i go to the police? or is there another person(S) i should get in touch with? i need help and answers please!!!

In order to replace two people who resigned, I must fill out two forms, forward to my boss for approval, she forwards to her boss, & she forwards to VP for approval.

I completed the forms and emailed them to my boss with, "For your approval". My boss read it but never approved them (she just forgot I guess). This was in mid August.

Her boss now asks her whats the hold up. She, in turn, asks me why hadn't I started the process. I told her (my direct boss) that I did and re-sent her the original emails as proof.

She now wants me to start new forms before she approves and forwards to her boss. (She's trying to hide from her boss that she dropped the ball. She wants her boss to think that it was me who dropped the ball.). I re-emailed the original emails twice and she refuses to use the original forms. Gave me direct/clear order to re-do the forms. I'm tired of taking the blame for her screw ups. Pls offer suggestions.

I file for Chapter 13 several weeks ago and now every account in my credit report is listed as part of the Chapter 13 plan and there is record of the Chapter 13 been filled with the court. They plan hasn't been confirmed. What happens if I decide to withdraw the filling? can I do this? what happens to my credit? and how my possibilities to (ie. apply for an apartment) be affected?

When I ask for a low rat. They some time's give me the run around and say "not at this time" and so on. I have payed the on time for more then 2 years now. I some time go more the 6 mouth's with out one charge. I need a lower rate to pay them of faster. Thanks

If I purchase items in France and they do not include tax and then sell these goods on in the UK, will I need to pay the tax back eventually? I have a VAT code so am registered for UK VAT.

IS THIS A SCAM TO PAY LAWYERS.

IT IS A GIVEN FACT THAT ALL BANKS HAVE TO REPLY
to such court orders given from creditors.

Dont get me wrong if you owe someone you should pay them,

But Is it the Creditor Fault from being so giving to people even at the age of 18 teen years of age & younger, not knowing the indept & responsibility of life.
Because of there mistake will the U.S Fall.

Okay here is the company lineup...two brothers who own the place and two office workers...me - been here 4 years and another girl - been here 12 years. We spend all day in an office alone together. She is constantly calling me stupid and yelling at me in completely unprofessional ways. I addressed this with my boss once already and it stopped temporarily but now she is doing it again. I wanted to study computer science, emphasizing in networking. I had already completed my GE, and was transferring out. The admissions and course advisors steered me down the path towards a degree in that field. Right before graduation did I find out from classmates that this degree is for people already working in the field looking to get into management positions. I've tried making up for my lack of knowledge and experience by applying for basic IT jobs, but it's just not working. So, I've decided to go back to school and fill in the holes. A coworker said that I could sue the school from which I graduated for misinforming me. Can I really do this?

i like to build projects but by the time i buy the wood its really expensive. i mean i built a chair and the supplies were $200. then i got to add on my profit for my time. how much should i add on? i saw the exact same chair for $100. i don't think i can sell it because my chair is way too much. how can i make a profit? i belive in handmade stuff is better quality than cheap juck made in factories. but still I NEED HELP!

the bank sent a memo informating b.fenato that $350 had been taken out of the business bank account to pay for interest on the bank loan. (open a new account numbered 507 for interest expense) So you put $350 on debit of Interest expense , what goes on credit?
