I know how to list the item, but when somebody gives an offer, do I ship the item or let the person get it from me?- I ship from Hong Kong. Also how do I get paid? Can i offer paypal as paying method?

You really should check the craigslist FAQ and call their customer support to get solid answers that won't get you in trouble with the craigslist staff.

Craigslist is for the local area. People check the ads online, agree on a price, then they go pick up the item and pay cash. Of course some do shipping but for the most part it's not.
How do you plan to list it since even the listing is by area?
Frankly, I wouldn't buy anything being shipped from another country. That's where all the scams seem to be.
