i am a small business safety equipment supplier and 1 of the site developer on one of the construction that i give service to wants to boycott me from entering the site just cosed he don't like me even wen i give service to other 4 companies in that construction site.

Apparently he doesn't like you and he certainly can decide not to allow you on his site. Just because you're a minority supplier doesn't mean everyone HAS to give you the job.
Did you have some kind of falling out with the developer? I had a boss who had words with a truck driver over wearing our competition's hat at our lot. I had to find another freight company.

If you were doing business with him and he no longer seeks business with you then it is his right to keep you off of his job site. However, he cannot keep you from other companies or their job sites.
