We were storing our ATV at the home of a family member when it got stolen. We didn't have insurance on it at the time and we want the family member's homeowners insurance to replace it. They are saying that they won't replace it. Shouldn't they replace it since it was stolen from their insured's property?

Hi peeps I need a Good Credit monitoring service to monitor my credit and give me alerts every time my credit score changes or when i have other changes. I currently have Myfico.com but i don't like the fact that aside that im paying a monthly 10 dollar fee I still have to pay extra for my power scores. any good ones?

Im applying online for Sales Associate position at Gap and it states that I require to put down at least one entry of work experience. I checked and it didnt say that it required work experience to get a job as a SA at Gap. So, what can I put down as Work Experience ? Would BabySitting count ?

I was reading this article online a few weeks back and I remmber seeing that sometimes you can find foreclosed porerty for like 60-80% under value becuase banks do not like holding on to these properties and they want to get what little profit they can instead of just letting a house sit there a colect dust is this true?

What are my chances, and what else must I do?
I am on my second year of school in Middlesex County College with 28 credits and a GPA of 3.85. I also did wrestling my first year but this year I am giving that up to join National Honor Society. I have two employees. One has been with me for a few years. The other has been with me for about 3 months, she is pregnant, and told me she will not be coming back after her baby in January. Here is my problem:

I put an offer in on a home last week Wednesday (August.29,2007), Finally on Friday, August.31,2007 the listing agent faxed a letter to my agaent stating that the home had another offer submitted that day. The letter did not state that the other persons offer was higher or lower than mine. All it stated was that I should at my discretion resubmit my highest possible offer, which I then bumped up my offer by $8,500 more. (Now my current offer is 5% less than the listing price).

I decided to do a little investication. I pretended to be someone else and called the listing agents office, and asked "Are there any pending offers and is the home still available?", they told me that there was no pending offers and the hoem was still available.

Am I being tricked into offering more money so that the listing agent can get more commission?

(My agent is my fathers friend, very trusting)
(THIS IS A BANK OWNED HOME!)

Should I heard a response form the bank yet?

I live in Texas and am thinking about starting my own office cleaning and apartment make ready service. For apartment I would paint, change fixtures and minor replairs. For office cleaning just to clean and vacuum and minor stuff. Do not know what the going rate in texas is for these services so do not know what o bid. Anyone know?

my father died,his will stated that myself and my sister split whatever is left in his bank,savings etc accounts.My sister is shady she is overseeing the will through his attorney.I received 8,000 dollars,she now "claims" she turned my information into the IRS and that i must pay taxes on the money.She is in Cali where the will was drawn & where he died,I am in Texas.Also,he sent me 7,000 dollars about 3 weeks before he died in the form of a wire transfer from his bank to mine.She also has claimed to turn it into the irs so i will have to pay taxes on it.Can she legally do this and can the IRS make me pay taxes on it? The 7000 was a gift from him.so in total she wants me to pay taxes on 15,000 dollars.Can this be done?
