What are my chances, and what else must I do?
I am on my second year of school in Middlesex County College with 28 credits and a GPA of 3.85. I also did wrestling my first year but this year I am giving that up to join National Honor Society. I made the Dean's List as well. So far all classes, required by Wharton to transfer, are As. Please don't be shy and give me your opinions/suggestions!

I think you must apply via normal admissions procedures for TRANSFER students to get into an Ivy League university as Univ of Pennyslvania and the selection process is rigorous plus you did NOT mention your SAT scores or high school GPA as Ivy League colleges have the pick of the litter.

Also the famous Wharton School of Business is better known for its MBA program that Donald Trump went through just like the other equally famous MBA progams as Harvard MBA, University of Chicago MBA, Stanford MBA.

Finally the tuition & fees between what you currently pay and Univ of PA might cause you STICKER SHOCK bec the best private colleges and universities cost more than $40,000 per year as an undergraduate.

Hope the Above Answers Some of Your Questions but honestly you should visit the FAQs on the Univ of PA website

My MBA is from Wharton Graduate (WG), but it dates all the way back to '75. Back then, they wouldn't let Wharton Undergrads go right into WG. What they wanted in WG was someone with 3-5 years of work experience.

What I'm trying to say is that you might be better off (if only financially) finishing a degree somewhere and planning to go for the MBA, which is a bit more valuable than a Wharton BA. But if you've checked out UP entrance requirements and think you have met minimum requirements to transfer at least part of the MCC credits, then I don't see why you couldn't try for it. Play up some sort of novel outside involvement / accomplishment and you could very well stand out from the normal crowd of preppies.

Your GPA is rather low for any Ivy college. you will possibly pick a 4.4+ for wharton and a 2200+ SAT score this is around a 34-35 on the ACT. those are the real looking rankings which you want. At haas this is ranked below wharton, scholars who're admitted on common have been regular to UCB with a GPA of four.a million-4.2 and a 2100+ SAT.

Keep up the good work. You've got a reasonable chance of getting in, but it's far from sure since admission is very competitive.

Good luck.

Get to know someone in politics. Specter is easy, say you know the Verizon phone company in florida, Plame, want to work for the CIA, and mention you know he worked for DIA when he was in the military(specter, ghost, spook, boo man, spy).
