They sent me a letter on 8/24/07 stating I won 250,000.00 along with a check for 4788.00 they want me to send them back 2900.00. My fiance' recieved on like it back in March and we called the company and the bank to see if it was ligit they said it was but after we deposited it in our account it bounced and we had already sent them the money through money gram, I have copies of everything including the check Please can someone help me out to put these fraud people away for good?

I have a Bank Account in Banco de Oro and i opened that account in their branch in NOVALICHES PROPER Q.C.
Now, i wanna know what is the SWIFT CODE of Banco De Oro?
Or should i have to include their Branch Location?

Does Banco De Oro Novaliches Proper branch has its own SWIFT CODE also?
Or the SWIFT CODE of Banco De Oro UNIVERSAL Bank can work at any branch of BDO?

we were just talking about it at work, and this guy says, yes, an employer can lower your pay, if he so chooses to less than what you started at.....I say that isn't right, but he says he's right. Tried looking it up, but can't find anything related to that question....

I'm planning to create a website where i would sell handmade products, I would be making very little profit if any, so i don't want to waste hundreds on regeristing a name for something that i will be doing mainly for the experience, like a hobby.

could i get into trouble if i use a name that's registered AFTER i started using it? or will i just receive a C&D letter?

im 18 and iv been working since i was 16. im just now trying to figure out what kind of schooling i want to do for myself and im doing that online stuff and so on. anyway, just the thought of traveling sounds like an amazing experience with seeing other cultures and places. the thing is that im married and since im only 18, you know i dont have any money...

is there any kind of jobs that could fulfill my desire?
my husband is military but wants government job that would be easy to travel to other countries and so forth...

been looking for about a year. i was in the military for 6 years while i was in they paid for ungrad and grad school. i did psychology for undergrad and public administratio for grad. the olny prob is i was a mechanic in the military. so this gives me no job experience. one half of employers say that i am overqualified the other half say i dont have enough experience. its starting to suck real bad . any one got any ideas or advice.

I have a coworker that is so lazy and is bringing my department down. He is not productive and is extremely unprofessional. I have tried many things to motivate him to no avail. I received an offer on a position with a company I had been looking at now for a couple of years. It is a privately held company, that has had exceptional growth, and fosters a family first enviroment.

Unfortunately the offer was not as I had hoped. It is a 5% increase in salary from where I currently stand and the benefits are lacking. (Basically a wash) The job does offer a bonus every year equal to 15 - 20% of my income. (Currently no bonus) And they offer overtime, which is something that I am looking for to help supplement my income, which my last job didn't. Financially I can't afford to pass up on this opportunity, with a child on the way.

My question is if I try to negotiate a small increase, do I put myself at risk in losing this opportunity? How long does it typically take for HR to get back with you? Do I speak with them over the phone, or email, or letter? One of the interviewers told me that there were 80 people who applied, and they interviewed 7 people.

I was named a main beneficiary on my mom life insurance many years ago. She recently in a comma due to cancer, and I was appointed as her power of attorney. According to a clause in the Power of Attorney: "my Agent cannot designate himself or herself a beneficiary of any such insurance contracts", is this means that I'm no longer a beneficiary on her life insurance? And do I have the power to add or delete any existed beneficiary including myself?

Ok, I just got hired 2 weeks ago at this place, Zpizza. It wasn't my first choice, but I just needed a job and my friend got a job there so I applied and got hired.

Well, I applied for this other place a month ago, Harris Teeter, but I didn't get hired. It was my first choice since it pays better and I get more hours. Well on thursday I was there since I delivered some pizza over there, chatted them up, and they offered me a job.

Should I leave my current job? This new job would pay an extra $2.50/hour ($9.50/hour vs $7/hour). Also, I like my current job, but I'm only getting 15 hours a week and my friend who works there is driving me ABSOLUTELY INSANE. She is way too bossy and she isn't even above me in rankings. We have the same position.

Would it look bad to quit after 2 weeks? If you think I should quit, what should I tell my managers when I put in my 2 weeks notics.

I normally pick up, my check from the store. Then put it on my account. But now I am able to have direst deposit. I did recived my 1st direct deposit. The problem is, I also recieved a check. So yeah I got two checks now. Both though different amount. So am asking. Should I keep the check. Or do the right thing and tell them they made a mistake. I am in Financial problem.
