I'm currently in school and don't need to start paying on my student loan until six month after i'm finish school, my credit score is not too bad "700 " but i tried to get a loan and noone would approve me because of my student loan. I owe on a few credit cards, i make my payment on time and i don't owe alot of money on them.
Should my student loans already be affecting my credit even though i don't owe them as yet?

The annuity is worth a little over 75,000. It will be divided between me and my 2 sisters. Each of us have the option to take monthly payments, (72.00) or get the lump sum. I am really hurting for money, so this is a blessing. My question is how to find out how much I'll be taxed for my 25,000 cut, or am I better off to take out the 15,000 I really need, and re-invest the other 10,000 in another annuity? Thanks. Jeff

Any websites that you can buy any kind of item from games... to clothes...accessories anything as long as you can pay with money orders i do not have a credit card so it helps when websites have the option to pay with money orders post up the link to the website and just a quick description of what they sell.... thanks.

I get a good amount of money to live on with disability right now. With this flat tax, they want to start charging 23% sales tax and eliminate income tax. I don't pay income tax right now. Essentially, all I pay is sales tax. This would cripple me and my little girl.
Are they proposing any sort of adjustment for people like us?

My friend is getting an apartemnt and im moving in w/ her. Im, only 17 and she is 18 w/ a one year old baby girl. The renters dont know im moving in also.. Im just gonna be 'staying there alot'. I have been offered a job through a church where the employer says that I cannot be charged taxes and so I don't have to claim them. I feel like this is not true, and need to have that 1099 form so I can file returns on this income. Am I right? Or wrong?

I previously asked if you would lose your house if you filed bankruptcy. I told my friend she could keep her house and possibly her vehicle, but then she grumbled that her furniture and computer and appliances were on credit. So i need to know if she will lose it all.
