If you are thinking about signing up for a mortgage accelerator service where you most certainly have to pay a fee...don't do it.
The service they provide are things you can easily do yourself. They will either switch you to a bi-weekly payment, or have you add an additional amount to your payment. While these methods will help pay down your mortgage faster, they are things you can do on your own.
By the way, you can just set up an excel spreadsheet to figure out how much more to pay each period to pay the mortgage off 8-11 yrs sooner.

A mortgage acceleration program based upon bi-weekly payments is no hot secret. For starters, not all lenders will accept bi-weekly payments. You can gain the same effect by adding 1/12th of your mortgage payment over and above the required payment, thus in effect making thirteen payments a year instead of twelve.
That's basically ALL that a mortgage acceleration program is.
