For example, I have a business idea that I have developed a web page, floor plan, logos, business plan, etc... Basically, all I need is a willing individual who wants to invest in my idea.

honestly people don't buy ideas for new business..with the exception of new technologies and patents. If you have intellectual property you can sell (an innovative way to do something better or a new product) you can try to get it patented and sell the rights to a larger company. What is your business idea? I am a small business consultant and work with many people in your similar situation.

Hello,

Why don't you start from your local chamber of commerce? There you will find credible answers and lead to your questions. Also try do some research on the search engines such as Google and Yahoo based on your state and country.

You can also join some free forums such as DigitalPoints and Warrior. There you can ask and hopefully some guys will give you solid leads.

Anyway, look below for some resources, which also include ideas about affiliate program in case that might interest you too:

You're on your own. It's not something most people would invest in. If they have their own ideas, they don't need yours.

Get family and/or friends to invest in your new business idea.

It's not going to be of interest, to an individual, that can do the same thing by him or herself.

You can't expect a stranger to get involved in something like that.
