I'm just curious, my mom did Avon sales when I was younger and lost a lot of money. I know one woman who sells Premeir designs and makes decent money, anyone else? If so what sales do you do? (What company) and are there specific benefits or what is it like?

I am interested in getting my real estate license, and going back to work part time for a while, untill my kids are old enough to stay home by themselves. My husband makes enough to support our family, and I am currently a stay at home mom, but I want to go back to work part time. My husband and I both like that the kids are always with at least one of us. Real estate has always been something that has interested me, and I really want to do it. Do you think that it's something that I can do part time for a few years?

I graduated with a degree in Spanish in 2000, but since then, I've mostly been working menial jobs, though for a year and a half now, I've also been working part-time as a Spanish tutor at a college. I would like to use my degree to land a better job, though, so will the fact that I have spent the last several years working crap jobs keep me from landing a well-paying job that would in which I could use my linguistic skills?

Just wondering if they automatically refund your monies if someone steals your identity and illegally gains access to your bank accounts or if you're just out of luck since it was not their fault. Maybe FDIC is just insurance when someone steals directly from them (not from any specific individual account)???

Do you think I should renew my real estate license or drop it and why.

Are you a real estate agent? How difficult was it for you to get started? I've heard very few agents work while 75% just have real estate companies holding their licenses while they are inactive. Your comments please.

Mine would be a bed and breakfast or a boutique/gallery featuring the work of folk artists.
What would you like to do that combines your interests and skills and could allow you to be your own boss?

I'd like to take out a loan to pay for a holiday to Australia next year with some friends. I need about £2000.

Unfortunately I have a really bad credit rating, after living off credit cards a few years ago while unemployed, and not being able to pay them back at the time.

Those debts are long since paid off and I have had a reasonably well paid, stable job for the last three years, so I would have no problem keeping up any repayments. However, I'm still being refused even the most basic credit cards and store cards, and my bank recently refused to increase my overdraft, which isn't exactly generous as it is.

Can anyone tell me how I should go about getting this loan, or getting a credit card?

Also, if it would make it easier, my parents say they would be willing to act as guarantors; how does this work?

i lost over $198K trading options. this money did not belong to me. A position blew up, my friend loaned me money and then there was another blowup. I am 25. I earn $50K per year. I obviously must do something to make this money back asap.

I may switch jobs to one where i can earn $90K in year 1, $100K in year 2, $120K approx in year 3., etc, etc.. THis job would be in a hedge fund. OR I can take a job as a daytrader (fulltime) and try to make it back slowly,

QUESTIONS> IS my situation hopeless? Is it possible to correct? I am getting married shortly . wife wont work for at least two more years.

What can i do to help my situation?? What job should i take? What can i do to not get depressed?

I have two basic loans: 1) is for $95K - I must pay $800 per month. this is to a family friend.

2) the second loan is for $85K ,and my friend wants this $85K asap.

How the hell do i get him the $85K ???

I have a series 7,63,24,66 and life/health insurance licenses.

I have a Cap one Card, with a 700 balance, I plan on have that paid off by this december. I also have an 1500 0% apr card, I was wondering if I could pay my cap one card with my 0% card, and avoid the apr. But I don't want do a balance transfer, I wanted to do it this way to avoid, the bt fee. Is it possible?

Next question, I need a few school supplies, books, dorm materials, I was wondering to use another card, knowing I would have it too paid off by december. About my books, I get a stipiend(spelling), I was thinking of buying the books ahead of time, and using the stipiend(spelling) to pay it off whent the bill comes in, Does this should like a good idea?

I also have to pay 170 for tution, that loans, and federal aid didn't cover, with my cc. I will have all this paid off my december, or january the latest. I'm positive of it. So what do you think?

I live in CaIifornia and I have lived in my apartment for a little over a year and a half and I am moving. I want to know what a landlord can charge for painting? I have wiped all the walls down and there are only a few scuff marks from normal wear and tear, there is no damage as far as large holes or anything. I have also filled all of my nail and screw holes in with spackle. As far as I am concerned it is all normal wear and tear, so can I be charged for painting the apartment upon my moveout? And if so how much can they charge?

I hope this is the right place to ask this question so, I really need more hours at work and I'm scared to ask for them. You see, I work a part-time job in retail and I leave for college in a week and won't be working there anymore for the time being.

I asked my boss for more hours a couple weeks ago, and he said he would give them to me, but I haven't gotten any more hours than usual. My work has not been the very best lately so I'm worried he doesn't want to give me extra hours because of that. But I really need extra money for school and it's my last chance to work since it's my last week.

About half the employees are teenagers who're off the schedule this week because of school, so I figured they could spare more hours at least! But I'm afraid to ask because I'm scared he thinks my work has been bad. How should I go about asking him for more hours when I already did and that got no results? Please help, all help is appreciated!

I have an acquaintance and long time rival who owns two nail salons. Recently I joined her after her entire staff walked out of one of her salons. She has relocated to an old location after being evicted from her previous space. Initially my thoughts were to serve in a capacity to help her rebuild her clientele and make some extra cash but she is now asking for my assistance with managing and financially supporting her business. The biggest CONCERN is that I KNOW that she has not been paying creditors ON TIME. The landlord came by to collect rent; $1700/month not including utility and supply expenses. She assured me that the equipment in the salon is paid for. It would be great to get into this business, but it could be months, maybe even years before it is ever profitable like it was. She is in debt and at risk to lose everything. What would be a good way to acquire the business and with out creating any type of partnership?
