I realize that agents do not like showing houses that do not have a seller's agent because they end up doing more work than usual, so will a 3.5% buyer's agent commission suffice? Would you be likely to show the house, or to pass it up?

We had an open house this weekend which was hosted by our realtor. When we returned after the open house we found out that a diamond ring and watch were missing. We are sick about this theft but are not sure who is liable.

So, I got hired at a grocery store 3 weeks ago. During the first week on Thursday it was payday for everyone else. Now it's 3 weeks in and pay day is this Thursday. I've been there 3 weeks now, so will I get held back on this Thursday coming up? I don't see why I would since but some are saying I will, some are saying I won't.

My tenants have chosen to move because they feel that my fiancee spends to much time at the apt. building doing repairs.
They are only there 10 days a month. We never go inside of our unit without 48 hrs. notice or when they are there.

I recently went to the ER for pain in my abdomen and now i have recieved over 7,000 in medical bills plus the ambulance fee. I live in Illinois and supposedly no one is turned down for medical insurance but i was. I'm a part-time employee so i can't recieve insurance through my job. A friend of mine said she have hospital bills for a broken ankle she called the hospital and they sent her some papers to fill out and now she owes nothing. Can this be true? If so how can i go about it?

I've had this Capital One card for 9 years. It's my oldest account. Two weeks ago, they sent me a letter saying they raised my limit for being such a great customer. Then today I got another letter saying they were going to raise my interest rate from 12.9 to 19.9! It said I can opt-out by closing the account and paying my balance at 12.9 or stay in and go to 19.9. My credit score is in the mid 700s; I think I can do better than that. The problem is that I just bought a home and opened a different account for some big purchases, so I am concerned that opening yet another account in such a short time to do a balance transfer will hurt my score. Would it be better to 1.) close it and pay it at 12.9 2.) open a fresh account somewhere else and do a balance transfer or 3.) pay it faster than anticipated and then leave the account open and unused ?
