how to contact them to discuss this...should I just go to my bank...how do I settle this...I had joined a year ago..and it wasn't this amount..Please give ideas..will I get my $$$ back...and how to stop..this with them taking $$ further from my account...Thank You...

The phone number for the merchant is on the credit card statement.
Look to where they list the charge and there should be an 800
number. If you cannot find it call the credit card customer service number and ask for help.

Here's the site to cancel. Be advised that you must email them and they will 'assist you in converting to a free membership". (Translation = they will pressure you to continue your paid membership)

On any e-mail you get from them, or by entering their website, click on "Terms of Service"; they outline their cancellation and refund policy.
