I have full knowledge about Export and Import Business .And I am very eager to do that individually . But for that Capital is the main Constraint . I don't have enough funds for investing . How can i raise funds . Can anybody suggest me any instituion or individuals who can help me by providing funds .

But i am not in a position to show any security for the same .

I am in Sivakasi , an industrial town called as MiniJapan located in South India , Tamilnadu .It's famous for Printing Industries , Matches Manufacturing and Fireworks ( Fancy Crackers ) .

I am planning to just stop going to work, quit that is. I don't like the place I'm working at. I don't think they treat the workers fair where I work at. Anyway, If i just stop going to work without letting them know, will it go bad on my record? Should I let them know that I'm leaving? I'm not under contract or anything.

I verified that it was unauthorized.

Question: do banks call proactively like that?

This is a first for me. Plus, I checked the internet account, and the charge wasn't reflected there.

I always assumed that you had to check your transactions yourself for suspicious activity.

ps: I gave them no personal details like account number or anything like that. They just told me they would cancel the card and send a new one.

I can understand why, when dealing with variable taxes (such as with buying things over the internet), it makes more sense to list the price of an item before taxes, but when you are buying items in a physical store, with one set tax on items, it makes more sense to me that the price after taxes should be shown (not a problem here in NH unless I'm buying food, but it gets annoying when traveling through other states). Is the only reason for this so that businesses can rip off customers by hiding the real cost of the item, or is there a better reason for it?

Two months ago my wife and I entered a Rental Agreement to rent a house. When we took possession of the property and our Landlord was very remorseful and continued to pop-in unexpectedly and unannounced; call us and ask us if we were planning on moving out any time soon, send us certified mail to remind us of the rent and have neighbors keep an open eye on us - I know that sounds exaggerated, but it's what really happened.

Anyways, this property is apart of an association, which we never received rules and regulations; now, she's asking us to leave because we didn't comply with the HOA rules. Is this legal? And can I ask for my money back?

I grew up on Long Island am now 25. I have always loved NYC and spent as much time as I could there. Long Island is nice, but there is absolutely nothing to do. My fiance of 4 years who just broke up with me lived there and as long as I dated her, I spent a lot of time there, and I absolutely fell in love with the prospect of living in the city, the only thing is I can't afford it right now. What are the pros and cons of living there, I know I wouldn't need my car anymore.

Just sitting here working on a young couple a budget..& Thinking.
How do you do your weekly or bi-weekly paychecks?
Most husband & wife's add one check to bank, (don't touch except for paying bills) other check for groceries,gas & cash.
Any good ideals on how to budget on a weekly or monthly basis?
This will be interesting to hear.

Is my lease legal if my landlord has not signed it? Do both parties have to sign the lease for it to become legal or just the tenants? I know people will say well if you want to move out the landlord will just sign it but I have a copy where the landlord hasnt signed it and would like to know if it would be legal for me to move out later if I want since my lease is not signed by him which I hope would mean its not a legal document and cant hold me there for as long as my lease.
