In Feb they sent payment 2 d mortgage comp. & it was sent back saying that they sold d account, so they sent it to the new comp. & it was sent back to the original mortgage comp. they became 1 month then another,then another until it was foreclose. now that the house is REO what rights does she have in Virginia. how long does she have before she get evicted. Also the agent/broker offered them money for the key to the house for them to moved out in 2 weeks and help them moved out. Is that even legal in Virginia? Is there any sight to find out the real law? and if the bank went bankrupt went they still own the house what can my sister do? she offered to buy the house back but they said from the new mortgage company.

I am looking into getting a home. When I looked at what I can afford, while I can afford up to $1400 monthly, I don't want to pay more than 800 in rent. I did some calculations, all that will buy me is $150,000 in a home, and in my city, houses at that price are in the ghetto. The people (in the 150,000 neighborhood) make 3 times less than I do, so I can only imagine what they're doing to themselves financially.

How do I get started on this?

I am a new hire into a company and one of my employees is a childhood friend of the big boss (4 layers above this employee). I have heard that he runs to his friend whenever there is a "problem" and sometimes when I tell my employees about issues that come from on high, he already knows about them.
I feel like I should talk to the boss and basically say, "You need to treat my employee like all the other employees that are under me, no more conversations (or meetings) about work."
The boss has made it clear that I can fire his friend, but I almost feel like I have a spy working for me.
Am I making a mistake?

My door had to be replaced (it would not close properly and lock), anyway, the (old) screen door would not fit the new door so the screen door was taken away.......I asked for a new screen door for my new door.....I miss opening my door and letting the breeze in through the screen door, especially because of how hot it has been.....doesn't the land lord have to provide me with a new screen door....one that fits the new door?

company... the guy really wants to get my bf in and helped him fill out the application and everything. My bf's current emplyer was contacted and his previous ones also. All really good things were said about him. The only thing is that the manager called my bf back and said that he just got his driving record back and it was horrible (hes applying for a mechanic job, his driving reocrd is bad because he got his license suspended a year ago for driving without insurance and he had a few speeding tickets.. no DUI or nething like that) so anyway the guy said that there is another report that he has to run and that hes still working on it and that it's "not dead"... he called 5 days ago and said all this on the machine and told my bf he would call back later that day when he got the report back... he never called back and its been five days... is that really bad??? do you think he wont get the job because of his driving record?

I currently live in an apartment with two roommates. They are on the lease and I am not. The state is FL. I want to move out due to circumstances that made the apartment unbearable to live in. There is animal feces in the apartment in common areas constantly. Theres is trash across the floors of the common areas. My roommates have given me written statements cussing me out. My roommates have waken me up at undecent times of the night to return my items that were in common areas (plates and utensils). I have verbally told them to clean up these incidents many times. I have all the incidences documented with pictures and notes. Also, the roommates are in non compliance with the apartment complex by only documenting 2 out of the 5 animals they own in the house, and my bring illegal drugs into the house, and have underage drinking in the house constantly. Can I vacate the premises? and if so do I have to give notice? Im afraid notice will only envoke further incidences. ????

I recently interviewed for a better position with the Union. The position is selected by a point system. Highest points gets the job. I was told that I didn't get the job even though I had the highest points in the interview. I was told I was the only person that they did that to. That every time before and after this type of position was posted they went by the point system. Is this legal?

I have a wonderful job and great bennies but nothing lasts forever...and I have been told that I have great legs and smile and that I should get into MODELING...but honestly I would settle for anything lucrative just so long as I get to be me femme self and enjoy doing whatever it is I do for work...

First, does anyone have any idea where I can start as far as a modeling gig goes? Do you know of any agencies in the Massachusetts area and how does one get taken seriously...

Second, what other jobs could I go for that would prove to be worth while...I am NOT looking at stripper or drag queen so don't even go there...I was thinking more along the lines of secretary or data entry to be more specific...something legit and something I can go home at night from and know I made an honest living...

I would really appreciate any ideas and advice on this subject...and thankx in advance !!!

The company owns the phone number 800-486-5635, but it routes you to another number. I believe if I can get in touch with them I can persuade them to sell me the number. 1-800-963-8255 is a number to reach them on but it is a porn number, how do I reach the company to talk about buying it from them, internet searchs haven't worked and I don't want to pay a third party to acquire it for me, thoughts, ideas? I'm a little confused... they said I can pay by my bank account number on my check. But won't it be dangerous because I can just give the ny times another person's check number? And how come people say its dangerous to give out the account and bank number when its stated on the check! So does that mean you shouldn't give just anyone a check when you need to pay them because they can drain your account?
