Hey everyone, I'm only 16 years old, but I already have my plans for makin money in the future laid out. I live in maryland right now and I'm gonna go to college and become an environmental engineer.

Then I'll go into the marine corps reserve, but aside from that I'll take a bank loan to open up a small community gym in a nice suburban area.

I think a gym is a money tree cuz u only have 2 buy the machines 1 time and maybe replace them like every 15-20 years and then the memberships just pour money in 2 ur pockets. also, a gym owner told me that running a gym, especially a small one in the suburbs, is pretty easy cuz its low maintenence.

Can I make alot of money when I grow up if I do all this? hopefully around at least $100,000 a year?

I want a lamborghini hehe

I'm not looking for the IRS code. I'm looking for the EXACT Penal code or statute or law that requires us Americans to pay a Federal Income Tax. Individual income, not corporate profits. Thank you!

They cant seem to be able to offer an actual answer to why, so I wondered. It doesnt really make sense to me, because someone who just got a new checking account at a different bank and has starter checks could be much more trustworthy than someone who has had their account for ages and doesnt anymore....

If you go into the Ameridebt website, you'll see the following message:

Unfortunately, AmeriDebt is no longer accepting new clients.
However, if you are looking to get help with your debt,
you may want to consider 800CreditCardDebt.com

Ameridebt has been under attack for deceptive practices by the Federal Trade Commission and several states. Regulators and customers allege that Ameridebt deceived its customers by charging high fees and operating as a non-profit concern while its real motivation was to make profit for its founders. The chapter 11 filing came after a settlement of $8 million in a class action suit was tentatively approved by an Illinois state court. Of course, that $8 million won't go very far considering there are 500,000 customers that have been ripped off by Ameridebt. The Washington Post reports that the FTC has objected to the settlement on the grounds that even if half of the 500,000 potential class members file a claim, that would result in a payment of a maximu

We bought our 3 acres 2 1/2 yrs ago to build a bigger home on. We have been taking our time designing our new home, however, we keep looking at the #s & we could have our existing home paid off in 3 years or we could go ahead now & pay off & just stay here but it's only 1532 sq.ft.. We have 2 kids & their rooms are small. We were looking at building at least a 2300-2400 sq.ft home. We live just outside a bigger city, 15-20 minutes from shopping & such but our 3 acres is about 15 more minutes further away from our existing one so we would be a little bit further out. The main road going out to our new land has some issues that the county needs to repair before our kids started driving. We have nice neighbors that are surrounding us that have built in the last 3 years. My husband is 43 yrs old & would like to retire Im sure before hes 70. We would like bigger but would it be better to stay & build on a little game room, pay off house, put in a pool or build a bigger home?

I have decided to switch my CDs over to mutual funds. My bank has set me up with a broker that works for the investment side of the bank. To me, he seems like a salesman. I dont know much about stocks, etc. How much should I trust this type of broker with my life savings? Do these guys really know what theyre talking about? Do they take their jobs seriously or do they just try to sign up as many customers as possible? He seems to listen to my needs pretty attentively, but I cant tell if its an act because he wants my account.

If the landlord does not sign and deliver a written rental agreement signed and delivered to him by the tenant, acceptance of rent without reservation by the landlord gives the rental agreement the same effect as if it had been signed and delivered by the landlord. If the tenant does not sign and deliver a written rental agreement signed and delivered to him by the landlord, acceptance of possession or payment of rent without reservation gives the rental agreement the same effect as if it had been signed and delivered by the tenant. If a rental agreement, given effect by the operation of this section, provides for a term longer than one year, it is effective for only one year.

Thank you I am not to good at understanding some of these laws

A Warranty deed was signed over to me for a house I currently live in. The person that signed it to me is now attempting to sell the property out from under me. Is there any way I can stop this? She signed the Warranty deed to me, does that mean I have legal rights over the property, or does she still hold the right to sell the house I live in?
Your speedy answer is appreciated.

Thank you,
