I, fortunately, deal with a bank that employs competant tellers, etc. Their customer service is exceptional to customers who comply with their policies. However, I do also deal with banks that have employed workers who lack customer service skills. I believe the incompetent workers are the ones who are only working for a paycheck and not concerned with the people who are making the transaction. Same thing @ grocery stores. Unfortunately, the future only holds more of the same. I believe due to the fact that the majority of people I have run into see the world as "what do I get out of it", instead of "what can I do to better it".
