How do you become a ups driver?

How do you beome a UPS driver? Is is something you just apply for or do you have to work your way up? How much do they make?

You start in the warehouse throwing boxes then when driver openings come up you can apply. They are paid much better but you can't have facial hair or hair that touches your collar.
