This client is about 20% of our business. We have been working with him for about 6 months. We have never met but are somewhat friendly on the phone.
Can anyone recommend a small get well gift to send him?
Thanks.

The client is about a 7 hour drive away. Our business is so busy that neither my husband nor I can escape, even for a day. But that is an excellent suggestion, to visit.

A cookie, balloon or flower bouquet would be great. What is your business? Could you send free products (if that's what your biz is) to use during recovery? Do you know anything about him? Does he like puzzles, or a favorite author so you could send a book while he's recovering?

I have a home based business, and sometimes I use some of our products for gifts to others...depending on the occasion, the person, etc...

We have done the following, photo (postcard size) signed by yourselves and any staff, blank order sheet -
across is written "Been holidaying far too long! get well soon - we miss you!"

the client DID have a wicked sense of humour and was only known to us by phone conversations
