we need a place to rent in Adelaide, South Australia between the city and Noarlunga. we can pay 3 months rent plus bond upfront.
we are a quiet family expecting a baby in 3 weeks, and our current lease ends in 2.

Hi I stayed at a hotel last night, and I accidently left a till receipt in the hotel room & checked out. The room wasnt booked in my name. The receipt had my card number as I made some purchases from Morrisons but I am not sure if it was the full card number on the receipt. Is it possible that the cleaner could find the receipt & make purchases on my card? Need to know what to do!

My tenant left my rental I consider in a mess. One area stood out. Myself, a cleaner person, and my sister spent hours cleaning the kitchen which had dried food particles embedded everywhere. It was disgusting and gross. The stove was a nightmare--and this is a self-cleaing stove. Isn't this beyond wear and tear? I would hope so.

I am claiming my daughter as a dependant and she is a full time college student. When I filled my taxes I also claimed the EIC and the option of educational credits never came up. I am using an online program, so I was wondering if you are not able to claim both credits? Please let me know.

There are lakhs of VRS retired people in India, who are educated, talented. In view of their age being above 50 much opportunities are not there. Are there any opportunity to further study, work, be productive and useful to the self,family, country , humanity. The employment for these people should not hinder the opportunities of younger generation. Social work opportuniites too can be a good option.

Hi,
I am 23 with a $30K medical debt that I haven't paid and is now in collection. I received the debt on 03/2003 and haven't paid anything. I would like to know if anyone could give me some advice in this matter? I understand there is something called the "Statute of Limitation". I want to know if I wait 7-10 years for the SoL to be out of date, is the debt going to be cleared from my credit report? If so, is it going to come back one day? Also, is this something I should consider, or should I try for a settlement to reduce the debt? Any help would be highly appreciated! I am so lost and confused! I just want to start all over again. **Note I use to have Medi-Cal since my family is not that well off, but it ended after I reached 18** -thank you

I worked at a job last year for a but 5 weeks.
I had to quit because they were not 100% legit.
I still haven't received my w-2's from them and when I called the old phone number was disconnected. Somebody told me there was a way to get them but they forgot how. I lost the pay stubs cause I had to go to court with them and misplaced them.
Somebody please help me, I want to get my 2006 taxes done.

I am a 9th grader trying to figure out what to do with my life. I have a career in mind, but I like to keep my options open so I need your help.

1) I classify myself as a creative person. I like to step back, look at what the results of my creativity, and feel good about the fruits of my labours.

2) I am the math/science type of person.

3) I have excellent grades, and I will be going to university.

4) I am very mentally driven and innovative. I like to think of new ideas.

5) I like to impress. This would be my greatest motivation.
