I worked at a job last year for a but 5 weeks.
I had to quit because they were not 100% legit.
I still haven't received my w-2's from them and when I called the old phone number was disconnected. Somebody told me there was a way to get them but they forgot how. I lost the pay stubs cause I had to go to court with them and misplaced them.
Somebody please help me, I want to get my 2006 taxes done.

Contact the IRS. Legally they have to deliver your W-2 by Jan. 31.

Employers have to have their tax records sent out by the end of January, but that doesn't mean you would have recieved them yet. Give it at least a few more days before you get too worried. I get my tax records for one of my jobs from a major corporation and I just got them two days ago, so wait and see.
