One Housing Society at Bangalore has collected Money for giving residential site but not given any site,. Consumer forum has not helped. What legal action can be taken. Matter 10 yrs old.

Write to Registrar, Co-operative Societies, State Govt.
File a case in High Court against order of Consumer forum

only effective and fastest justice you can get is in Consumers Redressal Forum
If you have failed in getting due justice, first in District Consumers Disputes Redressal Forum, then you are free to go State Consumers Disputes Redressal Commission at Basava Bhavan, Highgrounds, if you do have all necessary documents to prove your case.
