I lost my job awhile back and was unable to keep up with my house payments and now the bank wants to foreclose on my house and the only options I have is come up with 90 thousand dollars to pay the house off, family member buy the house and I rent from them and that cant happen......I started and new job in Nov.of 06 but they want to foreclose on my house..............Please can anyone help me save my house??? I dont want to loose it.....I suffer from Mental Illness (major depression) and thats why I lost my job in the begining......Now I can afford to make my house payments but the bank say its too late to restart making payments.......Please Please help me, I am desprate for help............

in 2001 my car was reposesed i took it to leeds car auction under the instructeds of a.f.s , the car was sold but there was a short fall of about £800 , since then i had nowhere to live ( i was homeless after me and my wife split ) until 3 years ago now i have struggled to get my house and keep it .this debt recovery agent has found me and telling me that i owe £1,132.22 , i was led to belive that after so long( about 5 years) the debt was rote off and my name was black listed , can you tell me how long is it before the debt is wrote off if they dont contact you,( its 7 years this year since the car was taken back) . thank you malcolm.

I am on an international assignment and getting meals and incidentals per diem allowance set according to the US Federal Govt rates. However, I am not using the entire amount i.e., I am able to save some of it. Is this saved amount taxable?? Consider the following facts:
1. This is an accountable plan
2. Per diem amount is not reported on W2
3. When I checked pub 463, this example was given which means I don't need to report anything:"In April, Jeremy takes a 2-day
business trip to Denver. The federal rate for
Denver is $173 per day. As required by his
employer’s accountable plan, he accounts for
the time (dates), place, and business purpose of
the trip. His employer reimburses him $173 a
day ($346 total) for living expenses. Jeremy’s
living expenses in Denver are not more than
$173 a day. Jeremy’s employer does not include any of
the reimbursement on his Form W-2 and Jeremy
does not deduct the expenses on his return."

If I understood this wrongly, how does one report this? Tax form??

Short of the obvious,is anyone fimiluar with working with a specific "bad credit" repair company. I have been told they can pretty much wipe your credit clean and find that very hard to believe. I have tax leins and a discharged bankruptcy on my report and was told they can wipe that out.Very doubtful i believe, and dont want to just start throwing money out to these people with no results. Can anyone reccommend the best and safest solution in repairing my history and what actually can be removed?

I tried filing using HR Block online program. I kept getting script errors when I sent the completed return. I gave up and filed with a site I got from the IRS website.successfully.
