the air handling unit support beams were erected outside my window when i contacted the planner they were not on the approved building plans so archietect has redesigned plans just wondering what i can do

First thing Monday morning, call your local council, speak to the Planning Department. They may be sympathetic

Apply for retro-spective planning permission.

If this fail's go for a letter of comfort from your local council, this will in effect let you keep the air handling unit in place without fear of them insisting it is removed.

If these options fail, you may have to remove it.
