Our gross income was $15120.. federal amount withheld was $1175. Its is just me and my boyfriend, he worked last year, I didnt at all.. he is 21, I am 20.. we have a 5 month old daughter and we live in the state of Arizona.. any help u can provide would be greatly appreciated!!

With HUD homes, it seems that the realtor commission is deducted from the buyers bid and not counted in the net price received by HUD.

The HUD forms say that the realtor commission can be up to 5%. Is this negotiable? Can a buyer find / ask a realtor to take a smaller commission?

Similarly, is it possible to ask a realtor to split the highest commission with the buyer?

I looked at the IRS website under (employee or contracter) and it seems to me that I am an employee. By the way Im truck driver and my employer pays the diesel the repairs and owns the trucks and I have no expences. So I dont understand why the 1099 as self-employed.
