In marketing class today we looked at how some funeral casket sellers try to sell the most expensive casket availabe and then work their way down. Each level down made the buyer feel worse and worse. To what extent do you find it ethical for businesses to use emotional appeal to sell their products?

There was a CNN report on this issue as well, if you are interested you should look into it. It involved sellers using caskets made of particle board to make higher sales.

If that is the case why is he asking us to move the closing date to April 1st? Because of The Capitol Gains Tax. Did not want to leave any appliances, not willing to budge on price and still claims that he is breaking even?

My husband just paid off every single debt that was on his credit report, and one of the companies said they refuse to take there report off his credit. Why would that be?
Its done and over with.... how do we get all these things off his credit report now?? It says either closed or charge-off.
There are 3 things that were paid off without missing a payment, we want to keep those on there, but then the ones he just paid off hes never made a payment on before, so they are all KD on every month for about the past 3-4 years......

Help!
