I have one kindergarten. But i have problem with one of my staff. She comes late, she refuses to follow our syllabus and she always need to be told what to do. Please help, i don't want to fire her beacause it really hard to find replacement staff.

You need to find out what motivates THAT person - praise? money? Trial and error is strange, but that's often the only way to find out. Also, pay attention to what she talks about - is it prestige or what? This will lead you to how to give feedback that is meaningful to HER and hopefully solve your problem!
